CANCELLATION POLICY

LuyoSomm will send you a receipt and a confirmation as soon as payment is received.

Please review our cancellation and refund policy below: –

More than 14 business days’ notice: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Guests who cancel more than 14 business days before the event will receive a full refund. –

7 to 14 business days’ notice: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Guests will receive an 70% refund of the course cost, excluding any non-refundable registration fees. –

2 to 7 business days’ notice: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No refund will be issued, but guests may request to have the funds held as a credit toward a future wine class. The issuance of this credit is at the sole discretion of LuyoSomm. –

Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellation requests submitted in writing less than 48 hours prior to the start of class, or after the course has begun, will receive no refund or credit.

Please note that LuyoSomm is not liable for verbal cancellation requests or written requests that are not received. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow up and confirm receipt of any written cancellation request.

In the event that LuyoSomm needs to cancel a class or course for any reason, you will receive a full tuition refund along with an additional discount for a future class.
